This Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which customers may request cancellation
of an order placed with Arogya Angadi.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible by contacting Arogya Angadi through the
contact details provided below.
Where payment has already been received, an eligible refund will be processed after cancellation is
confirmed.
2. Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
In such cases, customers may contact us, and we will determine whether cancellation or return is
operationally possible based on the status of the shipment and the nature of the products.
3. Orders Out for Delivery
Orders that are already out for delivery generally cannot be cancelled.
Customers may be required to accept delivery and follow the applicable Return/Refund Policy,
where eligible.
4. Arogya Angadi's Right to Cancel
Arogya Angadi reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:
 Product unavailability;
 Incorrect pricing or product information;
 Payment failure or payment-related issues;
 Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions;
 Incorrect or incomplete customer information;
 Delivery restrictions;
 Technical or system errors; or
 Other unforeseen circumstances.
Where payment has already been received for an order cancelled by Arogya Angadi, an eligible
refund will be processed.
5. Promotional or Special Orders
Orders placed under special promotions, customised arrangements, bulk orders or other special
terms may be subject to specific cancellation conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

 Email address, where applicable; and
 Reason for cancellation.
